Executor Event Bug

I have 90/100 shards for a 7* Executor, but it won't let me refresh the event, even though I have the crystals to do so. It's giving me a message, "You have used all replays for this mission." Anyone else having trouble?

Not a bug. You can only refresh Fleet Mastery events a maximum of 19 times.

Pack for the last 10 shards is an option. Those that got it on the first run would needed to have bought five packs I think for the final 50 shards (80 + 10 + 190 = 280).

So, is OP screwed now? Does he need to buy the pack to get 7* Executor?

He’s no more screwed than every other person who has played the event before him.
