hello, I bought by mistake yesterday 15 shards of General Anakin Skywalker at 2700 crystals. I would like to know if there is a way to be reimbursed for these crystals or if it will be impossible. I don't know if this is the place to post this request. Excuse me if I'm wrong.

You can try to submit a help request in game. Your chances are not very high, but some have been lucky and got a refund before.
