Refund of Circuit Boards and Bronziums

When are we going to be refunded our circuit boards and bronziums for preexisting Relic 8 and 9's? There are many of us who now have more resources invested into toons than others do, even though they are at the same level. We should either be refunded, or our characters should be better. We need to keep things fair, it is ridiculous that this was not automatically done!
