Glitch in grand arena
Yesterday in Grand Arena I went to battle my opponent & instead of taking me into the battle, I got a spinning wheel, no error message. I waited a minute & still spinning wheel. I closed out of game. Logged back in and wenrt back to GA. When I went to battle same team it showed I already fought them once & my team I had tried to use was no longer available.
I went thru help and sent a help chat. I received a response this morning that aware of an issue in GA that is being worked on. I never received any more updates and I ended up losing against my opponent because of this glitch. Not fair and needs to be addressed. Someone else in my guild said there was an issue in the ships part as well.
So I feel the GA round one shouldn’t count and should be removed and restarted for everyone. When you only have a certain time limit for each round a quicker response is warranted from IT & developers I feel.
