Why was the Falcon & Profundity fix/buff not announced?

Just noticed in a fleet battle with Executor vs Profundity that Falcon is getting the outmaneuver buff from its middle ability. It hasn't been getting it before, up until today's Profundity event. Now I don't know if it not getting it before was intended or not (I couldn't find anything in Prof's kit in regard to that) but I think the change should have at least been announced. It makes the Exec counter to Prof a lot harder now. I personally don't like this, but it's probably the right thing to do because CG wants the newer toy to dominate. So unless I missed some post that mentioned this, I don't like them stealth buffing things without notice. Regardless of whether it's a good change or not, gameplay balance things should ALWAYS be announced imo.

I know Executor can dispel the outmaneuver buff, but I don't know it can be prevented. What do you mean by that?

I'm pretty sure the Falcon always got it, but Executor dispels it on its first turn when you heal Razor Crest.

Ahh probably, that'd make sense. But this time it still had it even after I used my skill, and I couldn't target it, so that's why I'm surprised. Maybe just a bug? I've done 2 battles and it happened 2 times. Haven't done any battles since. Will try to record it and see if it happens again.

Was their HMF slower than your Executor? If that's the case it would use the middle special after your Executor's dispel.

Actually I just checked and they were the same speed, so I guess I just won the coin flip and their Falcon went after me. Thanks for mentioning this, now I'm 99% sure this is what happened. Guess it was just unusual to see such a slow Falcon lol, since every single one I've faced so far was always faster, so that's why it really caught me off guard.

Thanks for the input everyone, I think that's cleared up now and it was not a bug/fix, so my post is not correct. @Ultra this can be deleted now to not cause any unnecessary confusion, thanks!
