Please can we get a date for gear economy changes

When are the gear changes being implemented? Or, alternatively, when will you give us the date for when the date will be announced for when gear changes will happen?
It’s a major game change affecting gearing, relicing and spending of currency. The date of the change needs to be an announcement in game too. Not communicating this to all your player base correctly, and it’s ramifications for hoarded gear would be a massive mistake.
