Wait so has anyone realized that all of the new galactic challenges require hutt cartel and nobody has it then when everyone has hutt cartel they are going to make it a new faction just asking

I reckon it's ok to start a sentence with 'and' in this day and age. But you definitely shouldn't start a sentence with any other type of coordinating conjunction!

To the OP, yep that's how it works. Say hello to Dr Aphra......actually she'll probably fall into the Starkiller bracket....in that people will want to collect her anyway (re:inquisitors).

Hutt cartel is really good but they are also hard to farm

Such as the star killer characters the only hard one to farm is Mara jade and I have her at 7* G12
