Can someone confirm Hera Leader ability and Zeb Unique is not work?
I want to relic my Phoenix for Ships but I realize that Zeb unique doesn't apply to other phoenix allies with Hera Lead but I am not sure because they are low levels. Can someone who has Phoenix high tier
test it by giving all phoenix squad health mods whether they gain protection or not? or is it a bug?
Here Zeb Unique says:
Zeb has bonus Max Protection equal to +40% of his Max Health and recovers 15% Protection at the start of his turn. This recovery is doubled if Zeb is debuffed.
Here Hera Unique says:
Each active Phoenix ally grants their Unique ability to other Phoenix allies. In addition, whenever a Phoenix ally uses a Special ability, they gain 20% Turn Meter if Hera is active. This effect is doubled for Phoenix allies with less than full Health.
