126 mil guild, mid-level players needed

Aloha! Our guild is at 42/50, as we keep having to remove players that join under the Open Guild banner, but won’t join discord, communicate, earn tickets, do their piece in TB/TW…. Y’all know how it is.
Looking for about 5 members that are game for those things. We have an active, vocal and supportive Leader, we have a core group of players, but there is just that 10-15 member gap we can’t quite yet right.
