If the hyperdrive bundle is permanently 50% off, why not make the lightspeed zeta bundle as well?

As per the tile, since the hyperdrive bundle is now permanently 50% off, why not make the lightspeed zeta bundle as well? The LSZB is supposed to be a bonus for those that already purchased the HDB, but now, the two are more or less the same price yet the value of the HDB was always much better and it now being 50%, its value is now FAR greater.
Since CG does not allow multiple purchases of the HDB, I would be willing to buy the LSZB if it were at 50% off or if the contents within were doubled. Perhaps others would to.
