360Mgp guild looking for a couple of players

Looking for a small group or individuals. We are a 360Mgp+ guild. Independent. A small number of people have indicated their intention to hang it up. So we are looking for about 5 to replace them.
We stress Participation and progress but not prescriptive in any manner. We are looking for a potential to bring in a small group (around 5 but could swing a few more if necessary. We anre looking for active players minimum of 5Mgp+
ROTE TB - 20 to 23 stars (right on the edge)
