Datacron from bugged Conquest is stuck in my inbox

I received one DC before the bug fix. This DC is stuck in my inbox. I can’t claim it, nor dismantle it, it didn’t expire with the set it belongs to and my inventory is not full.

Support can’t even grasp the problem as they continue to think my inventory is full because of the message saying just that, and now they don’t respond anymore.

The red notice in my inbox rubs me the wrong way and of course I also want the correct reward, a DC from the latest set.

Any suggestions? Or does this have a low priority at CG?
