Where is this Data Cards selection?

It doesn't seem to exist for most people. But why do some people have it and how does it unlock?

Wasn’t my intention to highlight the dupe - apologies if it came across as that.

Just wanted OP to see the prior discussion.

This is odd - a similar thing happened for a while with the top row of the first shipment store. For months I always had the things I was farming whilst others had random stuff.

I do get those offers now.

I did a quick check of topics recently posted and didn't see them. I hate dupes just as much as the next guy. I get the feeling there isn't enough discussion about this to get CGs interest. This option should be a regular thing for everyone.
It also highlights the fact that the game makes adjustments based on your current farming pattern.

It would be nice with an answer from CG what their intended behavior is at least. Why do I get offered a pack of 128 Biggs shards when he’s been 7 stars since 2018(?)
