I bet he gets a lot of pushback, but he is CONVINCED that 3v3 is fantastic and the players love it.

3v3 should be something that comes around a few times a year. We create teams for a 5v5 experience. 3v3 comes up waaaay too much. It's a novelty game mode and should get the respect a novelty game mode should get: Be available a few times a year. Or maybe an aside to the normal 5v5. Like you can still do 5v5, but they throw a 3v3 tourney on the side.
I'm making these joke 3v3 teams that I never thought about because it's stupid. It's also a total crapshoot.
