East US timezone guild replacing two retirees

Over 400m GP when full. East US timezone. 22* in the new(ish) TB. TW joining and at least placing defenses required to get r9 mats, but pretty laid back afterwards (when we have a winnable match, we go for it, but otherwise no beating our heads against the wall).
Please have at least 7.5m GP to inquire...really tight rosters can have a little less.
