I'm talking more about Jedi that use these weapons they used

One lightsaber itself is not enough to block his lightning and his lightning power comes from his skin. So, assuming his already immune to lightning I would suggest using a high-powered blaster rifle from a long range. Though I doubt any jedi would hide in shadows and snipe, but I bet crosshair would take over the galaxy had he been given a chance.
