Raid sign up period

Under the new system, I can’t seem to locate the option to adjust the length (if any) of a sign up period for the raids.

I see the auto-launch settings, but nothing else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

There is no sign up period. The raid keeps running even if the guild could smash it out. Everyone gets the full time of the raid to play it.
