Account vanished after updating the game

Hallo there

Like it staits in the title, my account vanished after the last update.
I deleted the game many times and cleaned the cache but I couldn't connect to my Google play, EA-account or Facebook and I don't want to start a new account, so if anyone has an idea, please contact me

I had this same issue months ago, where it took me into the guest account, and was no button for if you had an account already. With no support from CG, I ended up having to download an OS emulator, and run the game through that, which worked though the sound and graphics weren't as good, until I got a new phone. Was able to switch between multiple accounts, and had no other issues about the game running after that

Could I know with OS emulator you Downloaded?
I have tried multiple emulators for the phone but it still doesn't work
