Screen orientation wrong and guest loading situation

So just another annoying thingto add to this new update, my tablet now loads the game upside down and I have to reset it 2-3 times, of which at least 1 reset takes me to the table with the lady saying welcome like I've never played the game before..

Seriously in the 6 or 7 years I've been playing, this is just getting annoying and time wasting. I know some people might laugh and think these are minor things or "its just a game" but do me a f, the last 4 days of being locked out, losing energy, not being able to complete in Grand because of stalling and being locked. but cool right, send me 3x cwc shards to "help me along the way"...

I've got the same problem with the screen orientation. Haven't managed to get it to orient the other way on my phone. I submitted a help ticket.

I'm sure you'll get the "if I could I would" or "if I help you it will be unfair on other users" responses.

3rd day in a row this is happening and 17x I've been asked to log in, what is being done about this? I don't intend on reloading the game 3-4 times every time I want to play it..
