Beating 4-E hard fleet battles

I am currently struggling with completing 4-E FB and was wondering if anyone had any tips on team comp, what character/ships to upgrade, and best strategies for this battle.
I'm really looking forward to having Achelon for my fleet if only I could get past this battle.

Solved: I used my HT tooth to start off and upgraded Silencer's main attack.
