Account wrongly flagged as underage

I am 18 yet cannot connect to ea to use the web store. Any help would be awesome trying to get in soon to get a limited time pack

Are you underaged in the game, or just the webstore. You used to be able to uninstalle the game, set up the right age after the tutorial, then back out and sign in with your real account. On Apple, I understand you have to change the age in game center.

For the website I don't know if changing the age on the device/Game Center is sufficient.

So my account is a Facebook one. When I revert to lvl one Game Center account I can connect to ea. However that button doesn’t exist one the main Facebook account
