What am I missing? Why can't I link Darth Talon to SEE?

    Look at the yellow text. Your SEE is deceived and can't target enemy SEE, so there is only one target available.

    Oh, ****, thanks, I knew I was missing something but was only thinking of Talon, didn't think to look at SEE as the cause
