Does the top half of Droideka's Omicron description work outside of TW?

"Droideka gains 10% Turn Meter and 1 stack of Charge for 1 turn whenever an enemy takes a turn. etc."

Everything that is written in front of "While in Territory Wars and if all allies are Separatist Droids:" works in every game mode. Everything that is written after it only works in TW with all allies beeing Sep droids

For the top half you don't need to apply the omicron, it's already active with the zeta applied.
It's a good zeta and makes grievous teams better but not necessary for the team to be great.
