L9 Bastila Datacron Verbiage or not WAI?

The basti DC verbiage is just a copy of her leader ability. I just spent a bunch of resources only to find out the DC doesn’t work. How is the DC intended to work?

Does she have to be leader? Do the leader stats double? Does the whole team have to be OR?

Think I figured it out…while bastila is in the leader slot grant old republic Ally’s same abilities as Jedi…lame
