Krayt raid: no rewards received by multiple guild members: “exceeded number of allowed raids”

Myself of several other guild members did not receive any rewards from our last Krayt raid run. We received a message in our inbox stating the following:

“When you participated in this raid, you exceeded the number of allowed raids. As a result, you are not eligible for rewards from this raid.”

Very frustrating to have the new raid error and not give us any rewards. We did not run any other raids. We only run the Krayt raid set to auto launch. Please give us our raid rewards. 😡

If this lack of rewards is because a guild member didn’t participate in the raid, I could understand the no rewards, but CG could at least change the inbox message to reflect this. The current message saying. we exceeded the number of allowed raids is wrong and misleading. We only run Krayt raid. 🍻

When I got the message I might have missed saving and posting my attempt, but I had a guild member get the same inbox message after posting 3 attempts to that Krayt raid.

It comes from a bot that pulls from the game.
