Missing GL Shards - Jabba the Hutt

Per screenshot: I will be 10 shards shy of unlocking Jabba after completing last remaining battle due to not receiving rewards for completion of one of the six attempts on the first tier.

Looking for any advice/help on getting those shards.

Don't bother with in-game support. Log a report on AHQ, it's a common problem they fix.

I initiated that process a few days ago. It looked like people weren’t having a lot of success that way in the past, so I figured I would try here at the same time.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything i can do here, its a support ticket issue, and either in-game support or AHQ (as potato pointed out) can resolve it and posting here helped you know that!
