Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker Leadership speed debuff not showing

The title is pretty explainatory, when using JKL as a leader, I don't see anymore the blue debuff which resets the enemies speed to his base speed. I asked some other guildmembers and it appears to be the same for them. I think this is a pretty huge bug, do you see the same?

Which missions are you running it in?

The debuff will only show when:
- it’s JKL’s turn. It doesn’t show at the start of battle. You need a faster ally to use Heroes Arise to give JKL 100% TM, then you’ll see the icon
- JKL is actually slower than the enemy units. The icon won’t appear above a unit whose speed is not above JKL’s speed
- There aren’t any enemy units that prevent TM manipulation. 9th sister’s lead does this, which affects a mission in RotE TB.

I just ran a modless JKL lead in the Galactic Challenge, and after using Heroes Arise, the icon displayed above all enemy units.

Definitely going to be your JKL is faster than the enemies or 9th lead in TB.
