Reporting a cheater

What is the procedure to report a cheater? I thought you were supposed to send a message to Lucifer, but those have apparently gone nowhere with no response at all. Curious what we are supposed to do, or does CG just not do anything about cheaters anymore, and reporting them is useless?

CG does handle cheaters, as many forum threads from recently banned cheaters proves.

You should send a DM to CG_Leviathan, but you will not receive a response

Also you can use the in game report on that players profile page

Lots of folks think people are cheating when they aren't as well...... An example would be helpful...

Gentleman 1 getting #1 in HAAT and HPit and Padme with this roster (also sus in ship arena)

Gentleman 2 with C3-PO (6*), Chewie and Padme with these (also sus in ship arena)

The second person definitely can't get 3PO with those Ewoks. For the first person, the Tank Tamer doesn't necessarily mean anything, because if your guild was simming the raid, it's random who gets put in first.

But if you've already reported in game and to CG_Leviathan, all you can do is wait.

He could also have asked his guild to let him take first, ours did that so someone could get some feat a couple of times.

I have reported this guy 1 Month ago inside the Game also sent DM to CG and nothing. This guy stills stealing top 1 rewards without punishment, you can see he also got Thrawn 7* with trash Phoenix. Please do something @CG_Leviathan

Seems like it takes around a year to get a cheater removed. If CG is backlogged I wish they would assign cheater investigation work to more employees or hire more. I reported a cheater back in April and am still waiting for action on my report. The cheater is in my fleet shard, a cheaters endurance whooping executors every day. They say to give the ally code of the cheater in the report but swgoh does not provide the ally code of fleet arena players.

If you search for their profile on swgoh.gg you can find their allycode that way.

With some user names this is possible, not all. You can narrow it down by searching swgoh.gg guildname and then finding the player in the list of guild members but this won't work for every guild. I was unable to find the ally code of the cheater I was looking for in swgoh.gg but got it from an anonymous private message from a helpful fellow forum member.

The cheater in my fleet arena has been banned! There has been a big ban wave of cheaters the last couple of days! Thank you @cg for stepping up and banning these annoying cheaters!
