Conquest transition from normal to hard duh

In descripion it says finish normal mode. What does it mean finish?
- to beat last boss?
- to get max crate
- other?

Finish should be to beat the sector 5 boss.

Beat the sector 5 boss AND claim something from that last node after the boss. As far as I recall it has been noted in the past that if you do not commit and get a data disk, it does not count as completing the zone. Not sure if it’s been changed, but better safe than sorry.

This is my understanding - you have to retrieve that last data disk in order for the game to register that you completed the zone.
