Krayt not paying out

So many of my guild members, myself included, have been receiving this message at the end of the Krayt raid. While I know the knee-**** reaction is to say it's from not actually participating, but in most cases the recipients did in fact make an attempt. It is now reducing drive to make any progress because it's been consistent for some members. The message itself also makes no sense; how can you exceed the number of raids? When we can only run 1 at a time and each lasts 3 days. It's becoming extremely aggravating.

Has anyone had any success in trying to get this fixed in anyway?

  • Do you have any evidence these players submitted a score? Like a screenshot showing scores at the end of the raid?

It’s a knee **** reaction to say they didn’t submit a score specifically because afaik there hasn’t been a single case yet where this wasn’t actually the case, and there’s been a fair few of these threads by now.

  • If @Alsair is in the guild shown below, this will be an accurate list of scores from the raid completed yesterday:

If this is happening every raid @Alsair , one thing you could do is screenshot the total damage whilst the raid is “calculating rewards” then someone can run this bot and compare.

I’ve yet to see anyone posting this image who can simultaneously prove without doubt they did submit damage on the raid, and I think it would be very helpful to all if we could prove to CG that it can and does happen.
  • No, the guild in question is House of Mortis, run by my alt MINI Alsair2 (182-573-318). However, the posting of damage is not the stated requirement, 1 "attempt" is. So thus players can post a 0 score and still earn rewards due to the nature of the toons that are able to be used in the first place.
  • The other side to this whole thing is the wording of the message. As it doesn't pertain to a non-damage or non-participation detection. Instead it claims raid limit is exceeded, which makes no sense.

The messaging is flagged foe review and change.

I think this might be the root of the problem.

1 “submitted” attempt is the requirement. Not just 1 attempt. If you or anyone else is entering the battle and retreating, you have not submitted an attempt.

Whilst I can see very weak units getting obliterated before they take a turn and cause some damage, I think it’s vastly more likely that people scoring 0 are either retreating or discarding their attempt. I just experimented with my weakest units entering the lowest difficulty tier with no mods on and it is impossible for mine to score 0 points.

Here are the scores from the guild in question
  • On another note, why are you doing Krayt in that guild if you’re not hitting 17m? You’d get better rewards from doing HSTR, assuming you were able to max it.
