Just curious if anyone has ever gotten any reasonable compensation from EA for a bug that
didn't affect everyone.
There was a bug related to the web store that caused me and several other players to be locked out of the game for an entire week. We missed out on a week of Conquest, several raids, and a TB and TW, as well as the monthly calendar and daily rewards. It took from Tuesday until Tuesday for the devs to come up with a patch to get us back in. We've been asking for some sort of compensation, particularly with regard to Conquest (some of us paid for the Conquest Pass, which won't really help now) but haven't heard anything.
Maybe I'm being unrealistically optimistic, but I'm hoping EA has done the right thing in the past, and if so, how long did it take?
What really sucks is that we're actually supporting the game and EA through web store purchases only to get screwed over for it, and lose out on so much more.

GAC loss because of Leviathan giving my opponent two win scores against the same fleet
Thanks. It was really the duration of the lockout, as well as the fact that it was using the web store that caused the problem. Much as people bash Marvel Strike Force (and rightfully so), their support reps can and will give compensation when bugs occur that affect your gameplay.
I'll see if I or the others hear anything back this week and follow up here. And you are absolutely right about managing expectations. That's why I posted the original question, in case I started getting too hopeful, lol
