ATF shards?

One out of 3 of my alt accounts got shards to 7* her. My other 2 have her at 3* but didn’t get any shards.

Something went wrong or?

If you had 100 shards or more you got enough to 7* her. If not you'll get the shards to 7* her in an upcoming event.

That event wouldn’t happen to be the “Galactic Bounties II”-event? I doubt that event will give us that many shards.
