Just reached lvl 85, what should I be doing in Arena?

I just reached lvl 85, what are the best 3v3 or 5v5 teams?

And can I use a team if I've put them on defence?

Thanks, I've unlocked 7* CLS, about halfway there with Padme and I've unlocked all the characters for JK Revan and Darth Revan at various *lvls except Carth Onasi.

Def gear up CLS, han, chewpio, 3po, and i forgot the last one. ur geos look nice, with gba lead, they are nearly unstoppable in GAC at your level. work some more on them and they will spit out padme for you, another good defensive team.

Also i occasionally gear up 6 members of a good squad (if they have a lot in that faction) and use the best 5 for 5v5 and then i have 2 teams for 3v3 instead of just having two sitting on the sideline.

Thanks for the advice, I just started my first GAC. I easily beat one of my opponents' teams using my best 3v3 teams, EP, Vader and Mara Jade. after that, the rest of my teams just struggled to beat any of my opponent's teams.
