Hey folks,
Just wanted to share that I can't seem to get that Officer promotion
. Here's a bit of context:

. Here's a bit of context:- I used to be an officer in my previous guild, but I left about a week ago.
- No restrictions on my account, and I've got access to the guild chat.
- I joined guild 7-9 days ago
- My ally code: 465181533

Nope..... There are guild out there with 49 officers and one leader.... lol
1) me and many others have recently been experiencing a bug, when logging in. Sometimes I do not have access to the guild chat and when I go to either TB or TW, I cannot perform any of the usual officer tasks on the map (marking zones as focus / prohibited, write a message etc).
I haven’t checked how this bug manifests itself in terms of guild membership activities, but it’s possible the guild leader has been hit by the bug and has lost the ability to promote members, among other things.
2) assuming I’ve found the correct guild https://swgoh.gg/g/7GkXLcv6R4CyrToxhh7n4g/, I think it is much much more likely that the leader of a nearly 400m guild is trying to diplomatically let down a keen-as-mustard new member who is volunteering for a role they lack the experience to carry out effectively.

I just want game work as it should work. My GL has an error when trying promote role for me. For others it works

That isn't stated anywhere in any of your posts. Anyway, I second that statement that you aren't getting officer in a new guild after a week.
We already made test with few other members that joined guild with me. No problems to promote officer role to them. There is a problem ONLY with my acc.
