Promoting to guild officer bug?

Hello guys, my guild leader would like to promote me to an officer but everytime he tries to, he gets an error message "You cannot promote this Guild member". Did someone else have this problem and know a solution for it? I know this is an issue with underage accounts, but mine is not underage. I can write in chat, log in to the webstore etc.

The support could not really help me. Any ideas or tips are appreciated!

Very weird. My guild lead tried to promote someone else an it worked. The bug only occurs with some accounts. He would like to promote me and one more member. Doesnt work for both of us. We are both playing on iOS. Maybe thats part of the problem idk

Because we have the same bug in our guild so it's good news read that the fix is on way...
Thanks because EA Support don't answer nothing same to this in 1-2 weeks that I've been talking with them.
