Known Issue - Galactic Legend Leia Organa Fracture AOE
The Team is aware of an issue where GL Leia Organa's AOE Fracture will not Fracture another GL UNLESS you are targeting the GL specifically. (You can still Fracture the GL, you just need to target the GL)
