So you spend hour or more in fleet battle for those goddamn crystals. But you cant get to top 5 because fleet battles turned into rocket science and rng fest... im so **** tired. Every single day have to try try and try these battles are so discouraging... so what, now i have to r9 every single pilot to test it out if it will help me to win more battles?!?!?! Come on... where is balance??? I was fine with profundity beating Levi. But now its game over

Who have you tried using so far? The chimera counter seems pretty solid, profundity is still viable and mirrors can be done.
Nobody in my shard is having issues.... Prof can still beat it with a bit of a struggle and the chimaera counter is working......
just asking for a friend, but what strategy for prof or mirror? haven't had luck with Prof- I use falcon, out, biggs (to get isolated), 1st ri ywing. mirrors I can do but just a coin flip mostly of who goes first
So we soend that much resources not to use Levi?!? If that works for you, im happy for you. I've tried every way possible, nothing works. Even if i start first. I still loose. Yesterday, out of 8 battles won 1
I said in my first comment that mirrors work. I use a mirror everyday to climb against other Levis. Maybe you need to look at your strategy? I'm sure there's videos out there you could find.
This mirror is probably a 80-90% win rate.
If defense left Dorito instead of SA, you start SA and win.
If defense left SA and you have the Chimera counter you win.
If both fleets start SA and you're attempting the mirror, if you capital goes first (50/50) you win.
If both fleets start SA and you're attempting the mirror, if you capital goes second (lost the first 50/50) but your SA is a higher relic you win.
If both fleets start SA and you're attempting the mirror, if you capital goes second (lost the first 50/50) and your SA is the same relic you still have another (50/50) coin flip to win the SA TM train and recover and win because you play better than the AI.
We had no such opportunities when Exec first released. If you've not invested in/farmed either Levi and relic levels in SE, AND you didn't farm the Scythe, maybe just maybe you should realize you don't deserve first place to others who managed their resources more efficiently.
Care to share your mirror strategy (vs. SA in starting lineup)? I understand if you don't. I have not found videos of post-buff, mirror strategy vs. SA (just the occasional one off win with no commentary) or vs. Dorito
If your Levi and SA both go second you are almost definitely losing. Any win after that is just RNG, not strategy.
If your Levi goes first but your SA goes second, you're probably down to about 50/50 because they start the tm train and start spreading foresight which makes it pretty hard for you to do any tm training.
But otherwise, you just try to hit under protection as much as possible so your Levi gains more tm than their Levi. Never use Fury's heal while enemy SA is active, try to clear foresight so your SA can hit health for tm.
Nothing massive, just the same things as others have said. Try and keep my units just below full health while spreading around on them. I also try and use the SA special ability against their bomber as much as poss so they don’t get healing immunity and can heal back to full health allowing me to get more TM regularly. On top of that only using Doritos AoE on their bonus turn to hit under protection helps. That’s worked for me even against SA in the lineup about 60/70% of the time.
Edit: just for reference I still have an r8 Piet because the mirror was solved when going second before I got around to r9ing him. Granted I agree lower relic’ed SA is in trouble but mine is still r5 and while I’m willing to r9 it I haven’t seen the need yet
If ST TIE is in the starting three, I go with Profundity with Biggs as my only reenforcement. He gets obliterated pretty quickly, but it allowed me enough time to get to ultimate and win with even a five on three match up with my ywing isolated. I did get lucky and the AI brought in Imp Shuttle instead of the insta kill ship second.
You may not be able to, but as has been discussed, others are very much able to. Perhaps you should listen to the advice already given, and also try to find some videos or other guides to improve your use of it on offence.
I did beat a Leviathan composition with a triple attacker Executor lineup for #2 today!
Anyways, if anyone could give tips and advice on a Profundity strategy it would be much appreciated. TIA.
First of all it depends if SA or Dorito are in the starting lineup.
Second, it's an RNG fest that decides if you have a chance, starting with how many assists you get, which ship gets stunned, do you lose a ship, when SA is in starting lineup Mark gets often called in first therefor not instakilling one of your ships etc.
The Videos I saw are mostly against SA and the ones with Dorito are either 7 star Levis but not fully maxed out Pilots or ships it seems because some abilities are impossible to be used in that order/before the opponent if their ships are maxed/ pilots have 6 dot mods etc... or just pure RNG luck that does seldom happen.
So yes, you can still use Prof but it's far from reliable, especially if the opponent has the right mods, Relics and Dorito in the starting lineup. I really hate that some people talk about it as if it were an absolutely reliable counter and no big deal, which is not true and I will continue to point it out, because the second most expensive fleet in the game got devalued and I don't think that's ok.
And before someone gets any ideas, yes I have Leviathan.
Yeah, I haven't found prof to be reliable at all. Stopped even trying with it.
@Ed1WanKenobi can maybe help as he hasn't lost Prof vs Levi with his strat.
True, I would be curious to hear about it aswell.
Yeah. I just climb with empire and put Levi in when done.
I'd also like to add, there appears to be a problem with the player's version of the Mark VI? You're supposed to be able to do an insta-kill with the basic after you have 40 STACKS. I was in fleet arena mirror with over 60 stacks a couple nights ago and it didn't do anything. Ranger was just doing his battle in a mirror and his Mk VI had over 50 stacks, did the basic and it didn't defeat the target.
I don't recall ships having a defeat immunity? It says instantly defeat enemy, not unless it's on offense. Unless I'm missing something that appears to not be working as intended according to the kit?
No I'm not going to try to recreate it. No I'm not going to put a bug report in. No I'm not going to link anything. No I'm not going to continue to beta test your game for you CG. Pay some people to beta test and fix this rubbish.
Both on Bomber and I wouldn't have because it has the same principles as B1. You can't instant defeat B1 either.
Bomber?
