It's probably a very general error and could possibly be caused by multiple things. If that's the case, they could address the problem now only to have it pop back up in the next update when something else breaks that throws the same error.

Been happening the past several days, seems to always coincide with the shops refreshing (like it’s happening almost every time the shops refresh), so it appears to be related to the missing shop refresh button as well.

The exact scenario is going into shipments after a natural reset in shipments. (i.e. when the timer on the shipments screen resets). This is 100% reproducible in that scenario.

The more people chime in if its happening to them or not, you get a good idea of how widespread the bug is
