Fix your game cg. Im sick and tired of having to restart this game due to this error code 3.0. It’s becoming near unplayable. 😡

  • Same. It occurs more and more
  • They know it’s happening but they still haven’t even addressed the problem.
  • It's probably a very general error and could possibly be caused by multiple things. If that's the case, they could address the problem now only to have it pop back up in the next update when something else breaks that throws the same error.

    I've got it several times this morning myself. It's really annoying. Hope they figure out what's going on soon.
    F2P since the last time I bought Kyros, Crystals, or the Conquest Pass.

  • Hey CG… I’m a big spender in this game and pushing 12m gp. I’m no longer spending my money on this game until you FIX or at the very least acknowledge this problem. I shall hit you where it hurts…. In your pocket. The game is virtually unplayable now. It’s happening every few minutes. 😡

    When this has happened to me in the past, I’ve usually discovered that my device OS is not the most recent version. Any chance that’s the issue, @Rubberb0y ?

  • I’m getting it too and I’m on the latest iOS.

    Been happening the past several days, seems to always coincide with the shops refreshing (like it’s happening almost every time the shops refresh), so it appears to be related to the missing shop refresh button as well.
    I’m not seeing it either.

    When this has happened to me in the past, I’ve usually discovered that my device OS is not the most recent version. Any chance that’s the issue, @Rubberb0y ?

  • Funnily enough, it just happened to me as well.
  • The exact scenario is going into shipments after a natural reset in shipments. (i.e. when the timer on the shipments screen resets). This is 100% reproducible in that scenario.

    Yeah I've been getting it for days. Doesn't keep me from playing, but happens 6 or 7 times a day.
  • Yeah, the game crashes when going to shipments.

    Likely related to the GL store which may still be a ways away.

    Regardless of what you think
    If you don't submit a ticket, the developers won't be notified of this issue

    I've sent a note to the team

    And as Ultra said, best thing to do is to always submit a ticket.

    Helps with tracking, etc
  • It seems to mainly do it after time resets in the stores

    No. I think its good TVF spoke up about it

    It shows its not happening to ALL USERS

    The more people chime in if its happening to them or not, you get a good idea of how widespread the bug is

    As long as he doesn't say that "its not happening to me its not important", which he never did

    Yes, thanks. Given that I had suggested that to someone else, I’m surprised you thought I wouldn’t have checked.
