If you look at Nihilus damage bar you'll notice he's taking damage, damage numbers only restart when you get to Traya, Nihilus and Sion take damage but it doesn't count towards damage goals for some reason.
It's a stupid game mechanic. You have to get through Sion and Nihilus to get to Traya, but only the damage to Traya counts in phase 4. So you can end up using a few teams to get rid of the first two, which counts for zero score, for your other guild members to be able to damage Traya which does count for score. You end up with a very unsatisfactory score and it looks, to your guild, like you contributed nothing.

Because his health bar will go down when you damage him. Also the floating damage numbers when you attack.
It just took us all by surprise.
We thought it was bug or something.
