Reva Mission fail ?
Is there something wrong with the Reva mission in RotE? Everybody of my guild failed including myself right after 1 minute. My Tank didn't survive 2 attacks. Anybody experianced the same issue? That's not at all normal.

With the right mods, it isn't a hard battle, with or without the extra guy in each phase.
With zero Ops Missions the run is subject to MUCH more RNG than it is with Ops completed. My only fail with TVF, for example, was before his guild started getting their Ops missions complete.
This mission is very uneven in difficulty. If you get the right opening, 7S pops her Shock Prod on Chief Nebit and you hit 6 stacks of purge right away, use Torture which also gives you Tenacity UP and you're fine.
If you get the wrong opening your TenUP can be tricky to achieve. There's nothing that will reduce your bad RNG more than filling Ops missions, but until you can do that, you can join The Apple or 50 Shards (formerly 50 Shards of KAM) on Discord and find a lot of good resources for the mission, including a flowchart walkthrough that can increase the win rate.

Can confirm - the flowchart helped several of my guild mates this TB - some of them first-timers, and Seedy walked me through the mission successfully with 0 Ops filled.
One thing I noticed is guildmates not using an Accuracy arrow on 5B. He likes to counter and if it misses then GI ends up hurting the rest of the team. This is usually how things go south quickly aside from aoe spamming before tenUP.
First time I used the flow chart, I was sitting in the server ****'ing w/ Bears, and he asked if I wanted to run someone who just popped on. There wasn't a line, so I said sure, and ran to my office to pull up the chart on my pc while still streaming on my phone. It was pretty straightforward. Granted, if I did it wrong, it would have been noted, but we got through it just fine, dude got his first shard, and I got an extra resource for my guild.
That's a great story. Bears has coached many runs for me, both KAM and a few Reva - he's top notch.

We send the whole guild there. Sometimes I feel like I can pop over in any of the 3 days we've got the mission open and find at least 1 or 2 of our people over there. It's a good time
We had some weird glitches and rng this round, but nothing like what OP said.
My 7th sister opens up with the special on Nebit, 5th basics to get 6 stacks, then Grand Inqui aoe’s to give us tenacity up, blinded them with 8th’s grenade…
Then jawa one-shots 9th and I’m dead 15 seconds later.
The aoe is not the move that gives tenacity up.
