So my understanding of scoring in the new raid is we get 500 points (Level 0) for each time a character gains Evasion and each time a character Repairs, regardless of how many stacks.
When I use Forest Friends, the character gets Evasion and Repairs. Even at Max Damage stacks I get 1000 points. 500 for each thing.
When I use Open Fire!, the character gets Evasion and repairs and I get 1000 points even at Max Damage stacks.
When I use Hasty Repairs, all my characters gain Evasion and the one repairs itself. I get 2000 points even at Max Damage stacks.
But when I use Evasive Maneuvers, it is supposed to put 4 Evasion stacks on all Allies and then repair the character using it. I only get 1500 points from this. It doesn’t seem to be awarding points for the repair. Is this bugged?

I’m asking if a skill is bugged and not awarding proper points. It’ll be bugged whether using auto or not. For example, Hasty Repairs is bugged and causes soft lock. If I followed your advice and hit auto, Hasty Repairs will lock the fight every time.
I had a guild mate get the soft lock with hasty repairs - he tried again on auto and it ran the whole run just fine, without the soft lock.
I don't know the answer to your question - just pointing out that auto does seem to be a way around the hasty repairs bug for people that experience it.
Now that is interesting. I wonder if that means you could trigger auto in order to use Hasty Repairs when playing manually.
I love the concept of the new raid but CG makes it very hard to understand what’s supposed to be working and in what way. They only just now realized that C-3PO retreats from the raid when apparently they didn’t intend him to. As if we needed more proof they don’t actually test their product. We do.
