How do you change your leader?

After you select your battle on the holo screen and pick your ally support, (if you have any) on the screen where it shows all your characters your fighting with, the leader is in the first slot, if you press the character it will remove them from the slot, you can then replace them with another.

Tap the hero in the top-left (leader) slot to remove them from the squad (if the hero you want to select as leader is already also in the squad, tap them to remove them from the squad as well), then tap the hero in the left-hand column that you want to be leader and they'll pop into the first slot.
