Lost Account - Fixed!

A while back I was randomly logged out of my account, I tried logging back into iCloud but apparently isn’t synced. I have followed all of EAs steps and non of which have worked. I created numerous cases online and one person mentioned they can assign my old account ID to a brand new accounts ID but only through a mobile specialist through the game. I have tried in game a few times and no one understands. I am able to log into the webstore and claim my bonus calendars and daily login if that helps.
