Definitive cost to level up?

So after hitting level 72, I thought I was smart and could figured out how much it would cost to level a character. My calculations were right for 73, but when I hit 74 today, the cost jumped higher than I expected (199K/character). I searched the boards and just found a lot of people saying numbers but without any source. Does anyone know of a reliable source for cost per character for each level up to 80?
