Stun Ability help

In your opinion, who is the best character with the stun ability and/or highest stun chance? I've leveled up Daka to 54 knowing I need her for DS as she is the only real healer on that side. I'm only talking about missions here not PVP, Cantina, or GW. But I need more stun ability to get pass these pesky Jawas on DS 5-K. I barely got 2 stars in 5-I thanks to a high offense with my current squad:

3* - Phasma lvl 54, gear lvl 6 (1 shy of lvl 7), (Attack lvls: 2/2/2/4)
4* - Ren lvl 54, gear lvl 6 (1 shy of lvl 7), (Attack lvls: 4/4/4/5)
4* - Vader lvl 54, gear lvl 6 (1 shy of lvl 7), (Attack lvls: 2/3/2/2)
5* - Sid lvl 54, gear lvl 6 (1 shy of lvl 7), (Attack lvls: 3/5/3/3)
7* - Moff Tarkin lvl 54, gear lvl 6 (2 shy of lvl 7), (Attack lvls: 2/2/2/2)

Any help, opinions, or tips please throw them out there. I'm an active player just trying to learn and get better. Thanks in advance for any help guys/gals!

The best stunners in the game that I am aware of are Dooku, Daka and the (IMO still underrated) Asajj Ventress.

Dooku keeps being recommended, but from what I've seen his attack is weak imo. Maybe that's just a gear lvl problem? I've also thought about bringing Asajj up, as she's currently been inactive at lvl 42 with lvl 3 gear. Stopped using her a while ago.
