Priced differently per region!?

Can I ask why there is a difference in price compared to the states & here in South Africa? & before you start with the tax, I have taken all that into account.
1) R 99.99 / $4.99 - Ewok starter bundle.
$4.99 x 14,51 (exchange rate) = R 72.41
R 72.41 x 14% ("digital tax") = 10.14 + R 72.41 = R 82.55
Where did the R 17.45 go?
2) R 379.99 / $19.99 - Ewok booster pack.
$19.99 x 14.51 = R290.06
290.06 x 14% = 40.61 + 290.06 = R 330.67
Where did R 49.32 go?
These 2 prices have included what our country calls "digital tax". Why is there such a difference in price? I was going to buy both bundles to truly support this "green initiative" because I feel it's the right thing to do but when I actually worked it out, it didn't add up.
Not trying to deminish the cause you people are trying to promote... Just the difference in price from my country to yours. Am I playing on the same field as you or not? If so, make it fair!?

It is a big unfair that ios purchase more than TWO times higher than iOS! Why should I compete with players that have advantage after me? Can you please tell something about it?
