Thats not how it works. When protection is added it will force you to update. The only "update" thats live so far is the visual health bar changes

Bring back the old health bar. The new one is hard to judge. Maybe it will just take some getting use too. But I prefer the old one

one segment is about 2k health. Easy to figure out.

I completed GW as usual but now wish I had waited. Keep trying arena battles but no update to toons for me yet.
