Dooku lead - resisting a debuff causes Offense Up

When I use Poe in arena, when he casts his taunt which has a chance to Expose, every unit who resisted the Expose got Offense Up. That's not technically an "evasion" move when one resists a debuff (I thought Evasion was to avoid physical/special damage only).
