Locked out of Omega Event

So I'm level 65 and only have 2 qualifying players (GS and RG) so I don't qualify for the event at any tier level.

Is this the point? Lock out people because their roster just happens to have the wrong toons? No advanced warning? It just seems like such an arbitrary choke point.

I know most vets don't have his problem because their roster is deep, bit for a mid-level or newbie, it's really frustrating. Sorry for the vent.

Does anyone know of a place where they list they daily toons so we can see if we qualify for future days?

I agree, I am outraged. Two new event where I can do neither one. If they gave us advanced noticed we could have worked toward having the heros we need. But many of us out of luck due to , well bad luck of what heros we happened to pick to develop.

If they are thinking I will spend hundreds of dollars to get these heros fast, well NOT. In fact I pledge to never spend any more money on this game, I might not even continue to play anyway.

This on top of the other changes which judging by the forum are very bad.

Hundreds of dollars? You need three 2* ewoks. The only diffenence is the number of rewards you get. Boy that big of a deal that you only get 4 shards instead of 6.

And the omega one? It's like 1/4 or 1/3 of all characters are eligible and they change every day. And you only need 3. And the enemies are embarrassingly bad and easy to beat.

It just seems strange... I mean my roster isn't completely narrow, I have 21 toons, been playing for a month and change.... But the closest I am to toon 3 for this challenge is Plo Koon at 5/50.... Not gonna happen.

At least let us into Tier 1 so we're not completely locked out.

Re: the Omega - Not every one has that many toons unlocked. They made the tier levels 30/50/70 so implies that they expect players with levels of 30 and 50 to have 3 of those specific toons, which probably isn't the case.

Why even limit it by whether or not you have specific toons?

Whatever, just feels good to do some internet venting.
