Old Ben Leader Ability bugged?

I'm wondering if there's an issue with Old Ben's leader ability. It seems dodge procs a lot less with Old Ben as leader than when Dooku is running the show.

Anyone else seen something similar?

Been bugged since.... it's always been bugged. I've been waiting since I pulled him in December to use him as my leader.
